The Melba is a bar you can call home, literally. You can have the owners hold your social security check for you and shell it out in beer and tv dinners.(Seriously!) You can also stay in the back rooms for a little out of that check, too. They make sure you make it through the month drunk. If you want to get your hands on some bags of Crack or Dope, this is a great place. Of course, you will have to buy one for about 5 people to get one for yourself.(Every one wants to help here.).So, if your looking for a nice place to call home, and have someone else decide what you should spend your money on, then the Melba is the place!!!!!!!!!!! This bar is located very close to the Clubouse and the Normandie...So you can hit all three of Scranton's finest shit holes. Hardcore drugs, toothless prostitution, and idot leftover egos from high school's hereos , then start at the melba for some tv dinners.Then head on over to the clubhouse for some crack or dope., You'll end up at the normandie for some good conversation with the 1987 golf champ or scranton high.
