Mr. Stephens always returned my calls when he was representing me - I was involved in a car accident (the other guy was driving drunk, but had money) and the insurance company and the guy's private counsel were amazingly obnoxious. Simply because I work blue-collar doesn't make me the cause of the accident. Joe was able to get me a decent settlement, and he even exposed the guy that hit me - he had done this to someone only a few years earlier and got them to drop the lawsuit.
