I was given a time frame of 3:30-4:30. They promptly arrived at 3:30 and left before 4:30. My carpets had horrible stains and they got each and every one out. I couldn't believe it! The 2 gentlemen who cleaned the carpets were very pleasant and informative as far as what specific treatment would work best for my specific needs. I was having a party and called them last minute to come clean the carpets and the came the next day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
