I have had my car cleaned at Carnett's exactly twice. The first time I was surprised that I had to leave my car and wait inside while strangers climbed in and out my car to clean it. But I dealt with it OK. Although the car was pretty clean I felt that the staff were cold and unfriendly. Over time, I decided that perhaps I was having a bad day and tried again. I surrendered my car in as friendly a manner as possible and went to the appointed waiting area. I did my best to make small talk to the cashier and other employees on the premises, but received barely audible grunts even as they took my money. Needless to say, I have not returned.
