Something has changed for the worse at this Red Lobster. We used to eat here quite often and the food and service were always great. This evening we had possibly the worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. We waited for 20 minutes for our salads, and when they finally came, about 3 minutes later a very angry man by the name of Mark brought the entrees and yelled out each order, prematurely took my brothers salad bowl from him because there was no room, and stormed off back to the kitchen. The food portions are tiny, the crab legs were boiled and dripping wet, and the shrimp Alfredo pasta was disgusting. We heard 2 other patrons complaining about the same thing, that something has changed within the last year. They comped 2 of our dinners. Horrible and we'll never be back.
