They lost a package of mine one day, and when I asked, they acted like they didn't care. I know that there's nothing they could do, but I felt as if they truly did not care. Go figure. The Downers Grove post office has no air conditioning either, so if you're in line, you're in a HOT line.
I usually go to the Lisle Post office. They get you in & out faster there. Or I go to the one in Yorktown because it's open later.
