These are the apartments that are right on campus, even if they are considered to be off-campus housing. Very, very close to the main campus area. Consequently, parking is a drag - if you dare to have a party for your friends, and if they park in the lot, their cars will be towed. That's not so great, really. On the other hand, the management if rather nice, and tries to help with any problems, which is refreshing given what I hear of other landlords.
