I think one star is generous. Food is consistently cold and the order is rarely prepared right. On one instance we got cold fries and only 3 of 5 spicy nuggets. One another occasion there was no sour cream with the sour cream and chive baked potato. We are limited in our options, and the only reason we return is because our children like it. I think I will pass next time it is an option. This is the only Wendy's that I have had these problems with.
