There are some things in life that are just not easy! And I have to say, dealing with these people is not one of those things. The people on the phone were very pleasant and polite. Even the technician was courteous. He arrived about 45 mins after I called and he was done with the job about 45 minutes after that. Now I can feel good knowing that I have two new locks on my new house that are done by trustworthy people.
