I couldn't believe it when I couldn't find my keys for the second time last month! It figures that when I lost the new set that I found the old set. It definitely was not a good thing. So i just called them back and they came back out to me and changed the locks (again) This time, I had them make me an extra copy so I can put them in a safe place. They even gave me a good customer discount! I'm not going to call them again! (unless I need them again) lol
