I can’t imagine trying to go through this process again without Elika. The NYC market is scary enough as it is, you don’t need to be wondering if your real estate agent is working against you behind your back. With a buyer’s brokerage, you don’t have to. Up front, honest, to the point – this is what buying a house SHOULD be like. They saved me time AND money. Only a fool wouldn’t use them.
