I will start this review with a disclaimer that I like IHOP but this one is the worst ever. The cooks serve most of the menu raw (they forgot to grill the grilled cheese) or in stages like the four course breakfast eggs wait bacon wait toast wait hash browns wait and finally pancakes. The staff is rude at best and often hostile. The service is slow (like a 2.5 hr breakfast when the restaurant is almost empty). Don't even think about getting a refill you were luck to get the first soda. Beware of the 18% service charge they will not waive it even if the "service" is non existent.
