They were nothing but unorganized. They were hired last month to make thirty three arrangements for an event I was arranging. They were late for appointments, did not return calls promptly, and were always trying to give phony excuses for all these mishaps. The flowers were nothing like what was described. they were not as fresh as I had anticipated. I would never use them again.
