Spinach quesadillas start with flour tortillas filled with your choice of cheese, spinach, onions, and tomatoes. After it is grilled the quesadillas is set on a plate and surrounded with guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Pralines are there for desserts, and fresh made, home made sopapillas.
