We went a few weeks ago to check into buying a new car when they had their employee pricing deal going. I do not care for car shopping because my experience with car salesmen is not exactly positive. I have to say though, my experience was better than usual. Our salesman was not as pushy as I'm accustomed to. For a while we had our kids there and while they were faily well behaved, they were a bit on the loud side here and there. No complaints from the folks at Ford. Really, my only complaint is that their carpeting is filthy and the only way I would know that is my kids were crawling around on it and they came home looking like they'd taken a dirt bath.
After buying my new car (I got a good price, btw) I noticed a funny noise coming from under the hood. I brought it in to their service area and they happily checked it out for me and told me it was normal and I had nothing to worry about.
Overall a good experience.
