The waiting room is large and in sections with and without TV. You can sit at a table with all your family members or relax on couches together. They offer free coffee, tea and cocoa while you wait.
You are given a beeper and it will go off when it is time for surgery, recovery, and when the doctor wants to talk to you after the surgery. The doctor ALWAYS comes out to discuss and explain what went on and after care.
I trust this place more than any other hospital we have had to use.
