I recently had to have my car in the service department at Wayne Akers Ford and needed a rental car. Ford directed me to the on-site Enterprise rent-a-car office. Since there were a couple of people in front of me, I had to wait about 20 minutes to rent a vehicle but it wasn't bad and the customer service was great. The agent, Carlos, even watched after my five-month-old baby so that I could retrieve the car seats out of my vehicle and install them into the rental. He was very nice and I didn't have a problem returning it either. If I need a rental car again, I would go back. It is nearby and easy to get a rental car.
