Ok... so I've been going here for at least 5 yrs + ...most is good... but I do think a little more training on the servers will help. eg., tonight I went there and asked for a peppermint stick in a cup ... small...what I got was so much bubble gum that I had to ask if there was a change in the peppermint stick icescream recipe. Response was that it was next to the bubble gum icecream and a few of the bbgum ice cream had toslip over. Didn't hear ws it ok... was it too much.. maybe it was a mistake... all the way home I had to pick the bbgum out of my teeth. The attitude I got from the server was so un-service oriented that I felt that it would be the last time I'll go there and have an insensitive teen wait on me. A little training on the servers would help them to understand customers deserve better service!
