I've bought a few things from SH. The people were helpful, not too informative, but helpful. They had a decent selection and were open to making adjustments etc. I know little about jewelry, but the quality seemed ok-good. i found them good to use if your buying jewelry for others. This isn’t the most upscale place, but far from cheap stuff.
