Hands down, no question about it.
If, that is, you prefer the thin-crust, New York-style pizza. Giovanni's takes this art form seriously and does an excellent job of it.
Try their "Don Giovanni", a delicious blend of cheese, sausage and roasted sweet peppers. Also, they have a pie with sausage, garlic and beautiful heaps of riccota cheese -- delicious.
They have three locations in Sacramento now. One on Folsom Blvd., where Merlino's used to be, one in Loehman's plaza on Fair Oaks Blvd., and a gigantic location in South Land Park where the kids can run wild while you enjoy a glass of wine and delicious pizza.
