Dr. Ruggeiro is located in the Market Optical shop in Pike Place market. Her office is a slightly strange, dimly lit back room about the size of a closet, but it has everything she needs. I found her to be friendly and patient. She explained all of the various tests she performed and even did several tests that I have not had done by other optometrists.
