Anna's Taqueria is by far one of the best places for Mexican food in America. The carnitas have a savory taste that adds a whole new dimension of flavor to all the carnitas dishes. Here, the taste doesn't just coexist side by side in the dish, instead the flavors penetrate the meat and beans until any dish you order becomes a hearty, savory delight. I must warn you that there are some that do not care for Anna's. I do not pretend to understand these people. All I know is that I am not the only person who has made a taco run to Anna's from New York City.
Prices are very reasonable at about five dollars a person.
