I called them to clean my carpet in response to an ad. They promised they would move furniture. Yea, sure. They moved an ottoman and a small lamp table. i was told that there would be an added fee if they moved anything else. I was ask if I wanted them to pre-spot, for an added fee. It seemed as if everything was for an added fee. The carpet was cleaned ok.
