I love Gasbarro's. Whenever I can tear myself away from the going-on's in Jawnston, I head to Federal Hill. And when I'm looking for an elusive, imported bottle of wine or liquor, I make the 5 minute trip to Gasbarro's. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It's always a pleasure to discuss various spirits. I once was on a hunt for a particular type of Italian wine that I couldn't find anywhere in the States, and guess what? ... they had it, or something close enough that I couldn't tell the difference. The pint is, if you're articulate enough to describe it, they can find it for you. How many liquor stores can do that?!
