Doug's in Skaneateles is the place to go if you want a great fish sandwich! The line extends out the door and down the street each night throughout the summer, and the food is well worth the wait, as it is cooked to order. While the main restaurant is small, with limited seating, there is plenty of room in a two story barn type building in the rear, as well as outside in the courtyard. Freshly prepared soups and side dishes accompany the main courses, and don't forget to have a milkshake to finish it off.
