China Phoenix is the sister restaurant of Golden Phoenix which has been in town for over 30 years. They share the same owner (China Phoenix is under the management of the owner's cousin) My personal experience is that the chef in China Phoenix is a little better than that in Golden Phoenix. If you go there during weekday's lunch hour, you might see a huge crowd. Their sour spicy soup is probably the best in town.
