Kid's Body shop is a gymnastic school for preschooler. Classes usually last an hour once a week for the little ones, and they are taught basic gymnastics skills. It is a very good way for them to work on balance and coordination, even if they aren't destined for Olympic Gold! The staff is supportive and very good with kids and my little girl absolutely loved going to her classes. When they reach first grade, if they are still interested in pursuing gymnastics as a sport, there is a school for bigger kids in the same building! The cost is not too expensive, either which is nice.
Kid's Body Shop also hosts children's birthday parties, which is a great benefit for moms like me who shudder at the thought of having one at my house! :)
