Jesse was prompt on the service call, explained the check list that he was grading our system on. On a personal note he also mentioned that our system was the same one that he would choose for his home. He did not make me feel that he was being rushed as he cleaned our outside unit. Very thorough job. As a last preventive measure for our heating and air conditioning system he added a preventive liquid to our pump system to avoid any build up for the next couple years.
