twc was supposed to come install internet service in my office on sept. 12th BETWEEN 9-10 AM. They told me that on Aug. 31st they had done a sight survey and were not able to do the install. NO ONE CALLED, I HAD TO CALL THEM ON SEPT. 12TH AT 11;00 AM. THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY TIME NOR SERVICE.
