I had been with State Farm for 20 plus years, so when I called to cancel my auto policy I was very disappointed that they didn't even bother to try to keep me as a customer or see if they needed to be competitive. Their actions tell me that they are a huge company
and that my small payment of $90.00 a month doesn't really matter. In fairness to them, they have been prompt and involved with any claims in the past, but there were
very few of those.
