Very dissatisfied with quality of Sectional we purchased for 2,000.00. The floor model was lovely, soft and of good quality. They insisted on ordering a new one to be delivered to my home...When it was delivered. It didn't even feel like the same piece of furniture we agreed on. I called to let them know I was not pleased and wanted to exchange it...their response was I couldn't because I had it too long..2 weeks really!!!! Shame on You!!!
