ARS-Rescue Rooter-Miami was in our house and our rental property to assess both A/C units. Their Service Technician-Mr. Roben Roo was friendly, frank, and quickly got to work. We appreciated his timely arrival, and his explanations of what he would do. He was knowledgeable and did not rush us. We would definitely do business with this company again. We bought a 1-year maintenance warranty with them.
