Attempting to buy a pre-owned vehicle today. Was told that someone was coming in this morning to buy it, but if that fell through they would call me. Waited until noon and thought I would just check to see if the sale went through. Salesman said " No the car is in fact available come on down, can I get your information so we can start the process?" I gave him the information and was at the lot within 45 minutes of our conversation. My husband and I were literally getting out of the car when my cell phone rang. It was the salesman telling me how sorry he was but another salesperson just sold the car. I called and spoke with Bob the sales manager who basically said, sorry about your luck! I will NEVER do business with them again. Nothing but a run around, bunch of clowns.
