For 7 months, I had a chronic irritated, sore throat. I went to appointment after appointment, trying to get a Canadian ENT to help me with my situation. Finally, I researched the best ENT's in the US, that performed tonsillectomies with less pain, and Dr. Parker's name came up numerous amount of times! I called his office, and to my surprise, I actually spoke with Dr. Parker himself. This is unheard of in Canada. He scheduled me a consult and the surgery the next day. During the consult he stated that this was a no brainer, and why I had to suffer for 7 months is still perplexing to me. His staff was wonderful. Even his secretary told me her personal experiences recovering from tonsillectomies. This level of care for a patient has me seriously considering moving to the States. Dr. Parker emailed me like a friend, and has answered every question. With very difficult tonsils, I have had a smooth, clean recovery! Seriously the best Doctor I have ever met.
