My husband and I were very pleased with the amount of care taken to omit our tile grout and carpet. It was our first time trying the dry cleaning method and love the fact that we did not have to worry about walking on the floors immediately after they were cleaned. The floors look equal or better to the conventional steam clean method. Michael is the one that cleaned our floors and we found him to be very trustworthy.
