The most unacceptable, awful experience ever. From the deceit, dishonesty, deception and down right lies and no follow thru what so ever. I had my financing in place, they tried some sign the backup deal and pressure, pressure to change over to finance with them at a higher rate. They did not do one thing agreed to before I took truck and they stalled and stalled to act like they were going to activate this backup deal crap!!! They would not provide management contact had to dig and search. We shall see if they come back to complaints filed with BBB and letters sent to Management. Do avoid this place unless you really do not care how your treated!!!
