We went into this store for the first time the other day and will never be back. First off the smell smacks you in the face when you walk in the door, it is the smell of urine from dirty cages not being cleaned for days. Then the animals all looked sick or unhappy. There was a baby bird screaming to be fed and no one fed it. Many did not have food or water and the ones that did their water was horrible. I was going to buy supplies for my pets but the stuff there had so much dust on them I would not feed it to my pets. The employees are not friendly at all. There were three people standing up front and not one said hello or anything they were all standing around talking a socializing with each other or on their own cell phones. They were very rude, there was only one guy working that was cleaning the fish. This place is filthy and the animals are suffering here. I feel sorry for the animals, all should be clean and fed before the store opens. The smell could be reduced if the animals would be taken care of. We could not stand to be in the store more than five minutes as our eyes and nose were burning from the smell alone. The owner seriously needs to fire everyone and do a good scrubbing of the store. I have volunteered with the humane society and they had well more than two hundred dogs and cats and it never smelled as bad as this store. Not sure what kind of people they employ but if I would be running the store it would not smell or look as bad. This store does not care and it is losing money, I have talked to several other people and they have also said how bad the store is. This store needs serious help and hopefully it get something soon for the sake of the animals. Let me just we walked out and took our business elsewhere.
