My wife has been seeing Becky (Rebecca) there for years without an issue. The last appointment was the last straw. I showed her a picture of what she wanted the front to look like. She didn't hear a word of it and chopped off half of my wife's length (over 12 inches) in the back without any communication in advance. Of course my wife couldn't see how much she was cutting until it was too late. They are renters of the chairs in this shop so personal accountability doesn't exist there. My wife has been crying for 2 days now. For $35 you would expect a little more. We're going back to Charles Greyson from now on even though it's more than an hour drive.
