Lowes San Bruno lost our patio furniture order, $1,050 worth. They finally found it (2 weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered), and we cancelled it because we didn't trust them to actually get the order processed and delivered. They are now saying they don't have a way to refund the $1,050 in under 30 days. Start to finish it has been six weeks and we still don't have our money back. They aren't saying it isn't owed...they are saying their "system" hasn't put through the refund yet. Nothing but a big headache, wish we never set foot in that store! more
