These people wouldn't make a spare key for my 400 ex. Told me I need proof of ownership. I informed the gentlemen that I had purchased it used from a individual. He refused to help me. I am local in High Point; these people will never get my business thankfully there is Triad Powersports in Greensboro. I highly recommend them. Just bought a helmet last week from there and they knocked off $13 at the register. Shop at your own risk with HP Honda, they will never see any of my money.
