Terrible service terrible quality 3/31/2011

I would highly recommend that you take your vehicle anywhere before you do business with Gary's. I took my 2011 Yukon in for a simple trailer brake install. I met with Shaun when I arrived and told him I wanted to show the installer where to mount the controller. When it was time I met with Shaun and the installer and we agreed on where to install it. I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours waiting when the complete install should have taken less than an hour. So 3 hours later the install is complete and I go to get in the vehicle only to find they mounted the controller in a different location. I call Shaun out to look and he is surprised and said he did not know why the installer had done this. After trying to resolve what happened with the installer Shaun decides to get Gary involved. Gary then tells me that it was installed exactly as i had requested and where I had shown the installer to put it. Keep in mind that Gary was not even on site when any of this took place. I then asked Shaun if the controller was installed where we had agreed to. He agreed that it was not and said the installer had told him it was impossible to install it where we agreed. Gary then said he would have him move it, but pointed out I would then have holes in the dash of my new vehicle. I told Gary I would expect them to replace the panel with the holes. Gary refused to repair the holes and then went back to saying it was installed as we agreed to. Needless to say at this point I did not want lieing Gary or his incompetent butchers doing any more work on my vehicle. I ended up taking the vehicle to Trailer Wheel and Frame where they completed the installation exactly as I requested in less than 45 minutes. more
