Good: Pho is good. Bad: At least 50% of the time the service is slow. At least 75% of the time there are many many tables with dirty dishes left after customers have gone which is very unappetizing. Tonight one out if three of our meals ordered was forgotten. It was 20-30 minutes before it arrived with only a tiny apology. It appears that even though it was not very busy we got lousy service.. Improvements: After eating here once every 6 months since it opened, we would expect to see improvements in everything instead of a decline in general. Probably won't go back for a long time because there are lots of other choices now.. Other: Sometimes when the management forgets your order they make amends by not charging for the forgotten meal. That didn't happen so we left no tip..
