After they make the sale, they will not care about customer service.
We bought a $3500 woodcastle bedroom set and was sent a defective piece. Although it was covered under warranty, after the sale, the salespeople and customer service was terrible and painful to deal with. The Manager never got back to us and acted annoyed in regard to the defective product. However, he called us incessantly before we made the purchase. We spent $3500 and feel swindled!
Do not purchase from this store!
