Daughter in college had car towed there, the problem was a broken cable from the clutch pedal to the clutch activation lever. They said the transmission (manual) needed rebuilding and when we said forget it, claimed it was in pieces on the floor, would cost 400 bucks to put it back. When we threated to sue, the untouched car was miraculously produced, with much unpleasantness!!
