I read the reviews, and it appears that the dissatisfaction stemmed from the new members themselves, and not the services of the company, in that the savings could not be appreciated if there were little-to-no spending on the part of the consumer. I have heard many parents boast of the savings w/ DirectBuy, because they had plans to spend, and saw the opportunity, valued the savings enough to express a high level of satisfaction. Suggestion: if you don't plan to spend, don't join!
