Good: The ride to and from the Mall was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly.. Bad: My husband has always worked on automobiles, but some things just can't be fixed without a lift. Yada, Yada, Yada we came home with same problem and it looked as if we may have paid (in the hourly rate) for a recall part which was on the invoice but the employee did not point out as they were rushing us out the door. We feel we were overcharged and somewhat decieved with our service.. Improvements: I think it would be helpful if the mechanic who actually works on the vehicle would be available to ask questions to.. Other: My first 2 experiences with the service dept. were good. I think the problem this time was we were dealing with a salesperson who was either demoted or promoted to the service dept..
