Beyond rude! My first time in the store I found the most amazing rutilated quartz and was so happy because I had been looking everywhere. I really loved their semi precious gems and thought I had found "my store". The only helpful sales person was assisting me and the woman (I believe the owner's mother) told her to stop helping me and go help someone else. I couldn't believe it, but waited because I really wanted to complete my purchase. I
At the L.A. bead show I bought a gem from someone else and they recommended going to King's to have them set it in a barrel. I walked over to King's booth and they couldn't be bothered and said to come into the store and they would help me there. When I went into the store I asked the same woman from the first visit if she could help me and she just rolled her eyes. They said they didn't have what I needed which I think must be code for not wanting to help me because the owner was the one who told me they could. I needed a bunch of other supplies, but didn't want to support the store so went to Sweets a few blocks up and the sales person was beyond helpful.
