this store makes no attempt to satisfy customers; I purchased a mother of bride gown there. when I tried the gown on in the store, the zipper seemed to stick but the sales woman was able to zip it. At home when I tried it on neither I, my husband, or my daughter were able to zip it. I returned the dress and would have exchanged it, but was unable to find another gown that fit or I liked. I wanted a cash refund since I still needed a dress for the wedding; I was only able to get a sdtore credit at a time when I have numerous wedding expenses and I have no idea when I would want or need that type of apparel again. No attempt was made to order a replacement. I felt the manaagement was very unreasonable to suggest that I take the risk of keeping a gown that I might not be able to zip on the day of my daughter's wedding. I wish I had never gone to the store at all and would recommend that other potential shoppers look elsewhere for bridal apparel. I have never been so disappointed by another retail establishment.
