Good: Visions carries several excellent hair care products and facial products, as well as a wide selection of candles, spa products, lamps, and unusual decorative items, like pillows.. Bad: On one of my last booked appointments to Visions, a stylist named Abbey absolutely performed the worst hair tintint/highlighting services I have ever received in my life. The following day, I returned to Visions, and requested to one of the managers that I either receive a complete re-do of both services (my hair looked so horrible that I was embarrassed to be seen in public) or have my money refunded in full ($175.00). Never book an appointment with Abbey. She has very poor interpersonal skills, as well.. Improvements: I would like to see the owner, Lynn, respond to complaints appropriately. I left two messages for her to return my telephone calls, including one message left in person, and she never returned any phone calls. My impression is that the owner knows little of what really goes on with employees there, and that she doesn't care.. Other: I no longer go to Visions. Visions is over priced and there can also be difficulty scheduling an appointment without weeks of advanced waiting..
