The GE cooktop I purchased was defective. I was told, incorrectly, that it was an instalation problem. My customer service mgr. has not sent the technicians report she promised, and is not sending a tech out to further diagnose and fix the non-functioning cook top. I currently have a nonfunctioning product, no one to fix it, no one returning calls, and both my installer and I can't get anyone to answer our calls. If I ran my compnay this way I'd be out of business! more
